Designed for beginners, and suitable for everyone, this hands-on class covers all the basics of pickling. You’ll pick up tips and tricks for pickling all kinds of produce and head home with recipes and four different pickled goodies!

 

Presented in partnership with Tip Top Canning Co., this special Pickle Party brings pickling into the History Center. Explore the history of food preservation and Tampa’s culinary traditions, enjoy museum admission, and discover the delicious connection between pickles and one of Tampa’s most iconic foods - the Cuban sandwich.

All supply costs are included in the class fee, and you’ll have plenty of opportunities to sample and learn along the way.
